Noah Turner is a former cadet at the US Coast Guard Academy, and presently an electrical engineering student at Catholic University of America. He is an aviation and electronics enthusiast and aspiring aeronautical engineer living in Washington, DC. In his free time, he follows current events, does research for his current rocket project, and swims. Noah speaks several languages, including C++, HTML/CSS, MATLAB, rocket jargon, and occasionally English.
